Description: Studies have shown that organizations with significant representation of women (and other diverse leadership) on their boards and in their executive suites, regularly out-perform those with more homogenous leadership; however, women continue to face systemic and cultural barriers to success.
Join us for a conversation with Cheri Bomar, Vice President and General Counsel at Hardy World, to discuss her road to a leadership role at Hardy World. What was her experience? Who were her mentors? What advice would she give to help other women rise to greater levels of leadership?
